How I handle the details you send through this website.
Who
Emma Boone, clinical psychologist, is responsible for the data on this website. You can reach me through the form on this page, or by post: Tondel – Huis voor psychotherapie, Stropstraat 15, 9000 Gent.
Which data
Only what you enter in the contact form yourself: your first name, last name, email address and message. I use these details only to answer your question or to plan a first conversation. I do not share them with others and do not use them for advertising.
How your message travels
The form runs through Web3Forms, a service that forwards your message to my Outlook (Microsoft) mailbox. The website itself is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub keeps technical log files, such as IP addresses.
How long
I keep messages sent through the form for a maximum of 6 months. After that, I delete them. If you start sessions with me, what you share in them falls under professional confidentiality. That is separate from this website.
No cookies
This website uses no cookies, no statistics and no trackers. Fonts and images are served from the website itself.
Your rights
You can always ask to have your details deleted. Use the form on this page for that. If you have another question about your details, you can add it there too. You can read more about your rights on the website of the Data Protection Authority.
Delete my details
Enter the email address you wrote to me from. I will delete all messages from that address and confirm by email, within one month at the latest.
